In this project, our customer had two manual sliding gates in his backyard and wanted the driveway gate to be opened and closed by remote while leaving the other gate in place.

After taking measurements and evaluating the situation, we determined that we could not keep the second sliding gate since there was a lack of space and that the driveway gate needed to be expanded in order for it to be operated by an operator.

To close the property, our team broke down the second gate and constructed a new cedar wood fence section.

The main driveway sliding gate frame was expanded and finished with wood panels and chain brackets.

We placed a custom-made iron structure in the gate operator area for use as the new operator's foundation.

The LIFTMASTER CSL24 gate operator, which was connected to the new power line and controlled by remotes, keypads, and a smart app, was chosen.
